Privacy Policy

Omnysa, Inc. builds and operates a group of software companies. This policy covers information Omnysa holds as the parent company: visitors to omnysa.com, people we do business with, and the messages our representatives send.

It does not cover what each product collects from its own users. Those services publish their own policies, and those are the documents that govern them — including socialsnap.pics and eventite.com. If you took photos at a SocialSnap booth or bought a ticket through Eventite, that product's policy is the one you want.

What we collect

When you contact us. The name, email address, phone number, company and message you submit through a form on this site, or send us directly. We keep it so we can reply and so we have a record of the conversation.

When we do business with you. If you represent a venue, an advertiser, a partner or a supplier, we keep the contact details of the people we deal with, notes from our conversations, and the documents and agreements that go with the relationship.

When you use this site. Standard server and analytics records — pages requested, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and the site that referred you.

We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect information from children. This site is not directed to anyone under 18.

How we use it

• To answer you, and to carry on a business relationship once it starts.
• To operate and secure this website.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages

Our representatives text business contacts who have given us a mobile number, or who have texted us first. These are ordinary two-way conversations about installations, visits, scheduling and support — not marketing campaigns.

• We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties, and we do not share them with anyone for marketing purposes. Numbers are handled by our messaging provider solely to carry our messages, and that provider may not use them for anything else.
• Message frequency varies. Messages are conversational and sent as the work requires. There is no schedule and no recurring campaign.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Opting out ends the texts; we can still reach you by phone or email.

Who we share it with

Service providers who run parts of our operation on our behalf — hosting and infrastructure, messaging and telephony, email delivery, payment processing, and business software. They may use the information only to provide that service to us.

We also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, and to an acquirer if the business or part of it changes hands.

How long we keep it

As long as the relationship lasts, and afterwards for as long as we need it to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations or to resolve a dispute. Enquiries that go nowhere are removed once they are plainly stale.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use. Write to info@omnysa.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may have specific rights under local law, and asking us to exercise them costs you nothing.

Requests about a product account — a SocialSnap gallery, an Eventite ticket — are best made to that product directly, since that is where the data lives.

Security

Access to systems holding personal information is restricted to the people who need it, and data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date at the top and, where the change matters to you, tell you directly.
