These terms govern your use of omnysa.com and the text messages Omnysa, Inc. sends. Using the site means you accept them.

Each Omnysa product has its own terms. Those documents govern the products themselves — what they do, what they cost, and who is responsible for what. Nothing here replaces them.

Using this site

The site is informational. You may read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not attempt to break it, gain access you were not given, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or represent yourself as Omnysa.

Text messages

By giving an Omnysa representative your mobile number, or by texting one of our numbers, you agree to receive text messages from that representative about the work we are doing together — scheduling, installation, and support.

• Messages are conversational and sent as the work requires. Frequency varies, and there is no recurring campaign.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our content

The Omnysa name, the product names, the logos and the contents of this site belong to Omnysa, Inc. or the companies it operates. Using them as your own, or in a way that suggests we endorse you, is not permitted.

Links out

This site links to the products' own sites and occasionally elsewhere. We are not responsible for what other operators publish or do.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of error, and we do not warrant that anything on it is complete or current.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Omnysa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Orange County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
